Job summary

A Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is seeking a Restaurant Manager to provide strong leadership and drive guest experiences, operations excellence, and profitable top-line sales. You will oversee the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards and franchisee guidelines, while complying with applicable laws.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and performance management, staffing and safety, and executing brand programs to grow sales and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with math and financials is essential.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are adequately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean and compliant environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are followed.
• Prepare and execute action plans to drive productivity and service quality.
• Complete audits and implement plans to improve operations.
