Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Strong math and financial management skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations following laws and brand standards.
• Prepare and execute action plans to meet production, productivity, quality and guest service goals.
• Complete audits and implement plans for improvements.
• Set sales goals and track results.
