Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' Team in a fast-paced setting. You will provide strong, positive leadership to deliver great guest experiences and ensure operational excellence in accordance with brand and franchise standards.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and drive profitability through cost control and in-restaurant promotions, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees’ job performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Set sales goals and track results.
