Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS or willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and team-oriented demeanor.
• Hospitality-related education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests during check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide local area recommendations and transportation assistance.
• Maintain front desk organization and follow security procedures.
