Job summary

The Industrialist in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, register arrivals, and assist with check-in/check-out to ensure a warm, seamless stay.

Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, basic data-entry, and a working knowledge of hotel PMS as a plus. Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
