Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Agent in Pittsburgh, PA for an on-site, full-time role with an evening shift (3PM–11PM). You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.

• Maintain high level of service and hospitality standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel brand, travel programs, and offers.
• Communicate guest feedback to departments and management.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
