Green Thumb Industries (GTI) and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist who balances hospitality with safety leadership. You will greet guests, manage check-in, and escort customers while upholding compliance.

The role emphasizes a dynamic, concierge-style approach to protect guests and team members, with opportunities to train others and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer-facing roles, familiarity with POS/compliance

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a guest-first service mindset.
• Must meet flexible scheduling including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and compliant with cannabis employment requirements.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and professionalism.
• Monitor store areas to ensure safety, security, and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and support operations across the dispensary floor.
• Collaborate with store teams and help train new APS staff.
• Report and respond promptly to safety or compliance incidents.
• Support emergency procedures and preparedness.
