Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist who blends hospitality with safety leadership, delivering a concierge-style guest experience while upholding compliance. You’ll greet guests, manage check-in, and support operations with a warm, approachable presence.

This role focuses on safety, guest-first service, and teamwork across the dispensary, requiring mobility, alertness, and strong communication to deter incidents and ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualificações

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus with guest-first service.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance and pass background checks, including cannabis requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first smiling face with warm greeting and check-in efficiency while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor entry/exit and site perimeters to maintain safety and calm; de-escalate situations with empathy.
• Escort customers when needed and support safety, cleanliness, and guest flow across the store.
• Report incidents promptly and assist with emergency procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members to model professional, compliant behavior.
