Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are hiring an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality with safety leadership. You will greet guests, manage check-in, uphold compliance, and help create a welcoming, concierge-style experience on the dispensary floor.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll deter incidents, monitor entry and perimeters, de-escalate with empathy, escort customers when needed, and collaborate with store teams to protect guests and team members while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with warmth and positivity.
• Manage check-in with professionalism and efficiency while upholding compliance.
• Set the “RISE Vibe” from the moment customers enter.
• Provide concierge-level support: answering common questions and directing traffic.
• Deter incidents and ensure a sense of calm and order.
• Escort customers and remain mobile to support operations.
• Report safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly.
• Support emergency procedures and site readiness.
