Green Thumb Industries (GTI) and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to provide a welcoming, concierge-style experience while maintaining safety and compliance. You’ll be an active, engaged presence on the dispensary floor, helping guests and supporting store operations.

The role blends hospitality with safety leadership, requiring mobility, empathy, and strong communication, with opportunities to train new APS team members and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military or law-enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first service.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and be 21+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth, check-in professionally, and set a positive vibe.
• Monitor store areas to deter incidents and maintain safety and calm.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and support safety, cleanliness and guest flow.
• Report safety, security or compliance incidents promptly and assist with emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by leadership.
