Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an on-site Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work under an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and prior customer service or AV experience is preferred. You will interact with clients on-site to ensure equipment works properly and invoices are prepared accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment per job specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete orders and paperwork accurately per company processes and standards.
• Collaborate with staff and outside vendors to coordinate equipment and services.
