Encore Global seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction, work with hotel/venue staff, and monitor events on-site to confirm equipment works as intended.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), 1 year of customer service or AV experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will work daily with event teams, using Navigator for order entries and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations through proactive service and communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete system entry and paperwork accurately; coordinate with staff and vendors; assist with invoices and equipment scheduling.
