Job summary

CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor in Washington, DC leads a team delivering world-class employee and client hospitality to create a positive daily workplace experience. You will oversee front desk and service staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure service quality aligns with brand standards.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and program delivery, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in hospitality or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Open and flexible work schedules.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret and action instructions.
• Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor.
• Attention to detail with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; climbs stairs as needed; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and tasks.
• Maintain cost records and review invoices related to activities.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about experience services.
• Approve client materials and ensure brand alignment; maintain databases.
• Develop vendor partnerships for cost-saving; verify insurance and contracts.
• Deliver orientation to new employees and develop new techniques.
• Enforce safety standards for employees, clients, and vendors.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and build consensus across teams.
