Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Clearwater, FL to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will educate guests on Wax Passes, manage check-ins/outs and reservations, and support daily administrative tasks with a smile.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or retail sales, high integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Complementary wax services and retail perks are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC services and products
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes
• Administer check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservations
• Inform guests on app pre-booking benefits and how to reschedule
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restrooms
