EWC Growth LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Winter Park, Florida to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals and supporting management with daily administrative tasks. You will educate guests on products, upsell services, and manage check-ins, payments, and reservations, all while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and a professional appearance.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in customer service or retail preferred, including

• Experience in luxury or retail service preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible days including weekends/evenings.
• Ability to handle payments and reservations with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits of Wax Passes.
• Process check-ins/outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service.
