Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings and events.
• Professional appearance per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually pleasant environment in lobby/restrooms.
