Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in conversations to understand needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, benefits of waxing, and prebooking; knowledge of retail line.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols.
• Address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area consistent with brand standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and share product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
