Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with guests.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
• Engage guests to understand needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and benefits of regular waxing.
• Prebook and schedule appointments; handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with team and share product knowledge; participate in ongoing training.
