Job summary

Fox Rent A Car in Los Angeles is seeking Ready Line and Return Agents to warmly welcome customers, inspect returned vehicles, and secure keys. You will verify miles, fuel, and document any issues, then explain charges on the final contract.

You will maintain a clean ready line, oversee vehicle readiness, facilitate exchanges, and help customers locate their rental cars. A valid driver's license and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome returning customers with a warm, friendly demeanor and conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles, recording mileage and verifying fuel levels.
• Secure vehicle keys and ensure personal belongings are removed, completing and submitting required paperwork to notify management of any issues.
• Review the final rental contract with customers and clearly explain all charges.
• Maintain a clean, organized ready line area and inspect vehicles for quality, servicing as needed.
• Assist with vehicle exchanges, parking, and locating rental cars to support smooth operations.
