Responsibilities

• Return Agent duties: Welcome returning customers, inspect vehicles for damage, verify mileage and fuel, collect keys, note issues, review final rental contract, explain charges.
• Ready Line Agent duties: Keep ready line clean and organized, ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped, inspect quality, assist with vehicle exchanges or upgrades, ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles, help locate rentals and assist with luggage, support vehicle flow by moving cars.
