Responsibilities

• Return Agent: Greet returning customers, inspect vehicles for damage, record mileage and fuel, secure keys, remove belongings, note issues, review final rental contract with customers, explain charges.
• Ready Line Agent: Maintain a clean, organized ready line area; ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped; inspect vehicles for quality; assist with vehicle exchanges or upgrades; ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles; help customers locate cars and manage luggage; support vehicle flow and parking.
