Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking Ready Line and Return Agents to greet customers, inspect returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel, and secure keys. You will explain charges and help passengers with luggage, ensuring smooth, friendly service.

As a Ready Line Agent you will keep the area clean, prepare vehicles for pickup, and assist with exchanges or upgrades while maintaining safety and efficiency. We welcome energetic individuals with strong people skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot with a smile.
Patience and understanding throughout the rental experience.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all returning customers with a positive demeanor.
Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles — check for damage, record mileage, verify fuel levels.
Secure the vehicle keys and ensure personal belongings are removed.
Complete paperwork to notify management of any damage or issues.
Review the final rental contract, explaining all charges clearly.
Assist customers in locating their rental cars and help with luggage as needed.
Support vehicle readiness by moving and parking cars as required.
