• ReturnAgent: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to returning customers.
• ReturnAgent: Inspect returning vehicles for damage, record mileage, verify fuel.
• ReturnAgent: Secure keys and remove belongings; notify management of issues.
• ReturnAgent: Review final rental contract and explain charges.
• ReadyLineAgent: Maintain clean, organized ready line area; vehicle prep and readiness.
• ReadyLineAgent: Inspect vehicles for quality; pull for servicing as needed.
• ReadyLineAgent: Facilitate vehicle exchanges or upgrades; ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles.
• ReadyLineAgent: Help customers locate rentals and assist with luggage; move/park vehicles as needed.
