Fox Rent A Car is seeking Ready Line and Return Agents to join our front-line team. Your energy and dedication help ensure smooth vehicle exchanges, accurate inspections, and friendly customer experiences at pickup and return.

As a Return Agent you will inspect vehicles for damage, log mileage, secure keys, review final charges, and complete paperwork. As a Ready Line Agent you will keep the area clean, prep vehicles, assist customers, and support workflow across the facility.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Top-notch people skills

Responsibilities

• Return Agent duties: greet returning customers, inspect vehicles for damage, record mileage, verify fuel levels, secure keys, remove belongings, complete paperwork for damages, review final contract and explain charges.
• Ready Line Agent duties: maintain clean ready line area, ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped, inspect vehicle quality, facilitate exchanges/upgrades, ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles, assist customers with locating cars and luggage, move/park vehicles as needed.
