Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage as needed.

The role emphasizes a friendly, attentive service mindset and safe, efficient operations. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and English-reading/writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One month of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests using their last name and provide a professional, friendly welcome.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticket and key tag records; ensure accurate revenue collection.
