Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure. You will assist guests with parking, luggage handling, and related concierge tasks at our on-site location.

The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient guest experience, clear communication, and precise ticketing/revenue handling to ensure smooth operations for guests and the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage deliveries as applicable and help with bell services.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Accurately complete tickets, collect keys and revenue as needed for the valet system.
