Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to explain parking procedures and rates. Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, plus a valid driver's license and 1 month of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for your state or be within a commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and handle revenue collection as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
