Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with manual transmissions. You will maintain a friendly demeanor and ensure accurate ticketing and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles safely.
• Explain parking rates, collect tickets, and process payments per policy.
• Provide information about the facility and local attractions to guests.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, and reservations as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
