Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrival and departure. You will assist with luggage, parking vehicles, and provide directions, reservations, and local information with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes accuracy in ticketing, rate explanations, and safe vehicle handling while maintaining a courteous guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 and pass criminal background and drug screen.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a pleasant, professional demeanor and assist with arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage ticketing and revenue where applicable.
• Ensure accurate key tagging and maintain guest folios and records in the system.
