Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with various inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role emphasizes safe driving, accurate ticket handling, and clear communication. PM shifts and tips are included, with comprehensive benefits and a structured work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, helping guests with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage storage and room changes when required.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage tickets and keys.
