Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate for PM shifts to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles.

You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and share information about local amenities, while maintaining safety and accuracy in all transactions.

This role emphasizes teamwork, a professional demeanor, and reliable attendance, with compensation tied to experience and tips where applicable; benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or within commutable distance from state of work.
• 1 month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and revenue as part of the valet system.
