Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires open availability and offers hourly pay between $15 and $16 plus tips, alongside a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English; perform basic arithmetic and time calculations; operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles, opening doors for guests.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage; help with room changes when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information; shuttle as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
