Job summary

Towne Park, LLC seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, help with luggage, and provide directions and information about facilities and local attractions. The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient guest experience and safety in vehicle handling.

Shifts may include AM/PM times; base hourly pay starts at $13 with $5–$10 per hour in tips. Benefits include insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer services principles and processes.
• Skills include reading/writing English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, reservations information, and local area guidance.
• Explain parking rates and handle ticketing, receipts and claims.
