Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and helping with luggage during arrival and departure. You will interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner and uphold safety standards across all tasks described.

The position offers AM/PM/Overnight shifts, with compensation and benefits as outlined, including sales of insurance and retirement programs where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide information about local facilities, outlets, and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and process to guests and manage tickets and receipts.
