Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage, and inquiries at our location in Pennsylvania. You will ensure efficient, friendly service and safe vehicle handling in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes prompt guest assistance, accurate ticketing and cash handling, and clear communication about facility amenities and local attractions. Join a team focused on smiles and great experiences for every guest.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write standard English and understand simple instructions.
• Experience handling cash and tickets in a service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with time formats (12/24h) and basic math for transactions.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.
• Ability to perform parallel parking.
• Background in guest services or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists with luggage storage.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival; issues claim checks as needed.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles and maintains ticket information in the valet system.
