Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Los Angeles to provide hospitality to guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver excellent service during arrival and departure. You will handle guest inquiries, provide directions, shuttle guests, and explain parking rates while managing tickets and revenue.

The role demands a professional demeanor, basic math, time awareness, and a valid driver’s license, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• License: Valid driver's license for the work state.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training requested.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and maintain friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage.
• Provide directions and information to guests; shuttle when needed.
• Explain parking rates and issue/track claim checks.
• Maintain guest folios, timekeeping, and revenue calculations.
