Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide hospitality for guests during an overnight shift. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accuracy in ticketing and revenue handling, and adherence to Towne Park procedures. Eligibility includes a valid driver's license and the ability to work 11:00pm–7:00am shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or be within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent education/experience mix.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery/pickup when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures; manage keys, tickets, and guest folios.
