Job summary

Towne Park, a hospitality-focused parking and mobility company, is seeking a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts in California. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure safe vehicle movement with prompt valet service. Must have a California driver's license and prior guest service experience.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, managing guest folios, and processing revenue when needed. Benefits include insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have California Driver's license.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Able to greet guests and provide information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and deliver hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and related needs where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys, tickets and receipts; handle revenue as needed.
