Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving vehicles and helping guests with luggage. You’ll work AM/PM/Overnight shifts, ensuring friendly service and safety. Training and structured procedures support accuracy and efficiency.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; prior customer service experience is helpful. Benefits and a 401k plan are available, with eligibility based on hours.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Experience: One (1) month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and processes.
• English reading/writing ability.
• Ability to handle money and read times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide friendly hospitality, and assist with services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage keys and tickets in the valet system.
• Support all tasks to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
