Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and manage payments and tickets.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and shuttling as needed.
• Handle key tags, claims, and revenue accurately.
