Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during overnight shifts (11pm-7am). You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and information about local amenities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments and tickets, and maintaining safety and courtesy. Prior experience and a valid driver's license preferred; high school diploma or GED required; benefits include accident, critical illness,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to perform basic math with dollars.
• Ability to work overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services.
• Explain directions, taxis, reservations, and local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing/revenue.
