Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate for an overnight shift to deliver exceptional hospitality at our location. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in ticketing and key control, and friendly, professional guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• One month of related experience and/or training or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write standard English; interpret instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a salutations and welcome them to the location.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures upon arrival; issue/collect keys and tickets.
• Perform all duties with attentiveness to safety and guest service, totaling tasks to meet 100% productivity.
