Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with parking and luggage, and support guests with directions and inquiries. The role requires friendly interaction, accurate ticket handling, and safe vehicle procedures at our on-site location in Torrance.

The position is On-Call/Per Diem/Part-Time, with 16-30 hours per week on both weekdays and weekends. Starting pay is $25 per hour plus tips, with benefits eligibility based on classification and

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide hospitality services in a friendly and efficient manner.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
Assist guests with luggage and related services during arrival/departure.
Explain parking procedures and collect tickets and payments as needed.
Maintain professional demeanor and accurate ticketing and cash handling.
