Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with at least three years of supervisory parking/hospitality experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing daily operations in parking or customer service settings.
• Proven ability to oversee payroll, scheduling, and financial records with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee daily valet operations, staffing, and quality assurance at locations.
• Monitor site revenue and payroll; coordinate with Regional Director on costs and records.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; set performance expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports and coordinate with management on account needs.
