Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.

The role requires AM/PM shifts and open availability with eligibility for enrollment in the company’s benefits program. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• One month related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures.
• Maintain accurate ticket and key tag records.
