Job summary

Sight & Sound in Branson, MO is seeking an usher to welcome guests with outstanding service and ensure their comfort. This temporary full-time role focuses on seating guests, maintaining a safe, clean arrival experience, and coordinating with Box Office, House, and Concessions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist guests to seating and provide highest level of customer service.
• Prepare the House for reception of guests.
• Interact with Box Office, House and Concessions to resolve customer concerns and assist with special needs.
• Monitor restroom and lobby appearance.
• Assist with an emergency situation in public areas involving guests.
• Maintain unity among members of the Guest Services Department.
