Job summary

Sight & Sound is seeking an usher to deliver top-tier guest services in our theatre environment. You will direct and assist guests, prepare the space for arrivals, and coordinate with Box Office, House, and Concessions to address concerns and special requests.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, physical agility for stairs and seating, and a commitment to fan engagement and guest advocacy within our faith-centered venue.

Qualifications

• High interpersonal/people skills.
• Good discernment, negotiating abilities, problem solver, approachable, friendly and outgoing.
• Physical agility to walk stairs and escort guests to seats.
• Awareness of guest perspective and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of customer service through directing and assisting guests.
• Prepare the House for reception of the guests.
• Interact with Box Office, House and Concessions to resolve customer concerns and assist with special needs.
• Monitor and assist with restroom and lobby appearance.
• Assist with emergencies in public areas involving guests.
• Maintain unity within the Guest Services Department.
