Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a frontline leader to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and develop high-performing teams.

You will mentor Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions and ensure adherence to policies, safety, and standards. You will support multiple areas of the store as needed, drive loyalty initiatives, and help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member and collaborate with Associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Must handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly.
• Trains and mentors all Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains and monitors cash controls including change fund.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for coverage.
• Audits and approves paperwork and maintains frontline standards.
• Ensures proper merchandising standards and loss prevention policies.
