Job summary

Puttshack is seeking friendly hospitality associates to create an elevated guest experience. The Game Ambassador welcomes guests, assists with reservations, and guides players through the tech-infused mini golf experience.

Open 7 days a week with flexible, variable schedules; typical shifts may range from 15 to 30 hours weekly depending on business needs, making it a great fit for part-time roles within a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Passion for games and technology.
• High standards of guest service.
• Good communication skills and ability to problem solve.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses and check in reservations.
• Guide guests safely throughout the course for an exciting Puttshack experience.
• Explain game rules and troubleshoot any issues during play.
• Assist with general cleanliness of kiosks, courses, and guest services area.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working order and report issues to management.
• Maintain a pace suitable for varying guest visits.
• Follow safety, sanitation guidelines and employment policies.
