Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Game Ambassador to welcome guests, check in reservations, and guide players through the tech-infused mini-golf experience. You’ll explain rules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment works while delivering a fun, high-energy guest experience.

Open daily 11am–1am with flexible, variable hours; opportunities range from part-time to full-time. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and associate discounts on mini golf and meals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Passion for games and technology.
• High standards of guest service.
• Good communication skills and ability to problem solve.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Assist with general cleanliness of the kiosks, game courses, and guest services area.
• Assist guests with checking in their game play, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the course.
• Ensure all courses, golf balls, and other equipment are in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and elevate any problems to Management.
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
